Morgan and James offer skills and expertise that elevate the experience of buying or selling a home. Originally from Connecticut, they both deeply know the ins and outs of relocating to an entirely different setting and community, and they use this knowledge regularly to facilitate seamless transitions for clients moving to Florida from out of state. Morgan’s multidisciplinary background in business, marketing and design at Marist College offers a specialized skill set to her clients in real estate – not only can she dissect market trends and develop successful marketing strategies, but she also has a keen creative eye for space and design. James’s background in golf has led him to become an expert in the Palm Beach and Martin County golf communities; after graduating from Dartmouth, he moved to Florida to pursue a career as a professional golfer and traveled all over the world competing for six years. He is embedded in the golf industry and the many golf clubs throughout the area, including Bears Club, Old Palm, Mirasol, Trump National Jupiter, Jonathan Landing, Frenchman's Creek/Reserve and Water Club North Palm Beach (where he and Morgan are the resident Realtors).
