"Compass Connects" is an event hosted by Morgan & James Smith in Middlebury, Connecticut, bringing together top-producing Compass Agents from the northeast and other regions of the country. The goal is to not only provide an opportunity for like-minded, high performing agents to network and build relationships, but also to provide value for each agent through mastermind panels and discussions of best practices. In 2022 the panel was led by Skye Michiels, Head of Compass Agent Development, and included Jim Smith, former CEO of Webster Bank, Jeremy Browne, principal agent of Hughes Browne Group, Jupiter, Francie Malina, principal agent of the Francie Malina team, and Morgan.

Morgan and James have been on the committee of Golf For Cops since 2016 and support McDavid Group Charities to help the families of fallen police officers.
GOLF FOR COPS has generated over $2,950,000 for the families of fallen police officers, and we plan to keep that number growing year-over-year.It’s from your generosity that we are able to provide for the ones who need it the most, at their hardest time in life.
This Year's Tournament: Please join us in supporting the families of fallen law enforcement officers at the Golf for COPS celebrity pro-am on December 3-4, 2023 in Jupiter, FL. Last year we helped raise over $1 million for the educational aspirations of children who lost a parent in the line of duty. This year promises to be even better with two host courses - Trump National GC Jupiter and Trump International GC West Palm - and a beautiful gala on Sunday evening.
