Drawn to Florida from the Northeast for its one-of-a-kind lifestyle and culture, Morgan and James Smith are a passionate husband and wife duo that offer an all-encompassing real estate service in luxury homes and condominiums throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties.
Morgan and James offer skills and expertise that elevate the experience of buying or selling a home. Originally from Connecticut, they both deeply know the ins and outs of relocating to an entirely different setting and community, and they use this knowledge regularly to facilitate seamless transitions for clients moving to Florida from out of state. Morgan’s multidisciplinary background in business, marketing and design at Marist College offers a specialized skill set to her clients in real estate – not only can she dissect market trends and develop successful marketing strategies, but she also has a keen creative eye for space and design. James’s background in golf has led him to become an expert in the Palm Beach and Martin County golf communities. After graduating from Dartmouth, he moved to Florida to pursue a career as a professional golfer and traveled all over the world competing for six years. He is embedded in the golf industry and the many golf club communities throughout the area.
As members of the Hughes Browne Group at Compass, Morgan and James are backed by a top-producing team of agents and administrative professionals that offer their skills and expertise to support every agent and client on their buying or selling journeys. Additionally, they have access to the robust Compass technology and service offering, including data and analytics software, staging, renovations, and a team of HQ marketing advisors that streamline the real estate journey and allow them to devote more time to their clients developing meaningful relationships.
In a forward-thinking market where the sun shines almost every day, Morgan and James are actively involved in the South Florida lifestyle and its repository of opportunities for community involvement. James has served on the board of Golf For C.O.P.S. charity pro-am each of their seven years, benefiting families of police officers killed in the line of duty. Morgan is a member of Junior League of the Palm Beaches, she regularly volunteers for Furry Friends Adoption Clinic & Ranch, and she is on the committee for Golf For C.O.P.S. They love nothing more than spending quality time with their dog, Sullivan, and cats Nala and Blue.
