Welcome to Singer Island
Leisurely resort community full of aquatic adventure
Singer Island, and its proximity to Riviera Beach, is the ideal place for those seeking life on the water. This community is full of waterfront resorts, seven miles of pristine beach, and marinas that charter every aquatic adventure you could possibly want. Living here is the closest you can get to being on vacation while still in your own home.
It was always intended to be an affluent resort community. In the early 1900s, Paris Singer, developer and heir to the Singer Sewing Machines fortune, planned to build several resorts along the waterfront. Singer never truly saw his plans come to fruition, but resorts were built, and Singer Island has blossomed into an affluent peninsula town.
The resorts may draw many visitors, but the real gems of Singer Island are the beautiful oceanfront condos and intracoastal homes. Singer Island has many New Construction options as well, full of luxury amenities and island charm.
