The history of these neighborhoods is long and deep. Fort Jupiter was built in 1838, but the most iconic place in Jupiter is the lighthouse. Starting at Jupiter Inlet, visit Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse. This historic building has incredible views of the ocean and Palm Beach from the top and a charming museum and gift shop at its base. Make your way to DuBois Park, where locals bask in the sun on the public beach or splash in the guarded swimming area, launch kayaks and paddleboards into the water, and make use of the grilling areas. From the launch point at DuBois Park, kayakers can explore the extensive waterways of Jupiter Waterway Trail.
