  • Dye Preserve (18 holes)
    • More secluded location, gated
    • Known really as a golf club, not much in the way of other amenities
    • Course may sell or go through major renovations in the next few years

  • Jonathan's Landing (54 holes)
    • In the heart of Jupiter, offers townhomes, condos and SFH, including direct intracoastal estates. Around 1,200 doors, gated
    • 54 holes total - 18 “in-town” and 36 at “Old Trail”, further west
    • Lots of family-friendly amenities

  • Admiral’s Cove (45 holes)
    • Very much a boating and golf community, in the heart of Jupiter, gated
    • 900 Homes/condos, from $2M - $10M++
    • 45 holes, two clubhouses, multiple dining options
    • Mandatory membership
    • Full suite of amenities including spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, both were recently renovated

  • Trump National Jupiter (18 holes)
    • 83 homes, 50 timeshares, gated
    • Centrally located off Donald Ross Rd
    • A former Ritz Cartlon property, extremely family friendly club
    • Resort style pool, large fitness center, spa, multiple dining options
    • 18 Jack Nicklaus designed golf course

  • Bear’s Club (18 holes)
    • Exclusive gated club in the heart of Jupiter. It’s really a golf-centric community but has plans to expand some amenities
    • Around 100 residents (some condos)
    • Well known for high-profile professional golfer members drawn to Jack Nicklaus’ home course
    • Starting at $5M++++
    • Very few lots left to build

  • Frenchman’s Creek (18 holes)
    • 606 homes, centrally located, gated
    • 18 hole golf course as well as other amenities, including a beach club in Juno Beach

  • Old Marsh (18 holes)
    • Near the middle of town but feels much more secluded
    • 181 homes, gated. $3M+
    • Mostly golf but some other amenities, including tennis courts

    • 447 home gated community. $1.5M+.. Built by Toll Brothers

    • $4M - $20M++
    • current/very recent golf course renovation
    • Mostly a golf club, someone limited on family-type amenities

  • Mirasol (36 holes)
    • 1,100+ door community off PGA Blvd. Gated condos and SFH
    • Construction started in 2002. $2M - $6M+
    • Not all homes include golf memberships
    • Probably the most comprehensive list of amenities of any community - massive update in 2016. Pools, tennis, pickleball, parks, walking trails, family oriented

  • Lost Tree (18 holes)
    • 570 homes and condos, golf view as well as direct oceanfront estates/condos and homes with deep-water boating access directly on Lake Worth/Little Lake Worth. $4M+++
    • gated community
    • Original homes are one story and are mostly tear-downs. Newer homes tend to be larger/two stories
    • Home to Jack Nicklaus

  • PGA National (90 holes)
    • 5,000 total doors - SFH, townhomes, condos. Prices vary.
    • 5 golf courses total

    • Host of the Honda Classic each February (Champ Course)
